If you’re looking for an indulgent treat, you’ve found the perfect frozen dessert. Talenti Salted Caramel Truffle Gelato Layers is our unique take on the classic sea salt caramel ice cream flavor. We started with a layer of our Sea Salt Caramel, added a layer of chocolatey cookies for a delicious crunch and created a third layer with our dulce de leche (think a rich, delicious caramel sauce), added vanilla gelato and finally finished with a fifth layer of chocolatey caramel truffles. At Talenti, we believe the best process and ingredients result in delicious gelato and sorbetto. That’s why we source the highest-quality ingredients from all around the world. Then, we package our products in clear, BPA-free jars that can be recycled and reused any way you like. Please note that Talenti jars are not microwave or dishwasher safe. Super rich flavor! Delicious. I felt my sweet tooth satisfied after just a few bites. HOWEVER I had to google how to open the lid… it literally felt like it was glued shut and my hands are sore and red from trying so hard to open it. Finally turning it upside down and using a screwdriver did the trick. Overall, great product but needs some packaging improvements.

The gelato has a perfect texture that melts in your mouth. The delicious cookie crumble provides a perfect crunch and complements the sea salt caramel gelato wonderfully. I really enjoyed it. I gave it a rating of 4 because there weren't enough caramel truffles. There were some, but they didn't fill the bottom layer. Other than that, it arrived frozen and ready to enjoy. I highly recommend it.

What can I say! I had a craving on a snowy day in Seattle. Had my heart set on indulging an ice cream treat with the Cold Stone Creamery gift card I had received for bday. But as I drive northward I could see snow falling so I turned around and went to the Safeway in my neighborhood. After viewing nearly every container of ice cream for just right one, I was disappointed…THEN I saw the Talenti Gelato Layers Salted Caramel Truffle! As soon as I returned home I dug into the jar, made myself a Keurig dark brew and thoroughly enjoyed every bite. And I still have more to enjoy another day. Ahhhh…wonderful experience.

Wheat needs to be listed as an allergen. The label does not state there is a layer of cookies, allergens says it may contain nuts. You have to read the full ingredient list to see it contains wheat. Very deceiving. Gelato was delicious but now people are sick from eating it.

Pleasantly Surprised! Amazing flavor!! I am a chocolate lover so I typically stick with the various chocolate layers flavors (Fudge Brownie is my favorite) however, I tried the Salted Caramel Truffle on a whim and WOW! The caramel ice cream and dulce de leche are amazing.
