I used to love Talenti. The simple, wholesome ingredients created a light, fresh taste rendolent of travels in southern Europe. Since it's been bought by Unilever, however, the quality has dropped. It now contains multiple "gums", emulsifiers, and other non-food additives that shouldn't be there. It is disgusting and tastes terrible. I used to purchase 3-4 pints/week for the family to enjoy. We will not be buying again unless the original recipe is used instead of cheap junk additives.

If only you used the same thin chocolate flakes as you use in your Black Raspberry Chocolate Chip. Talenti has wonderful ice cream. I wish I could love their mint, but there is nothing about it that makes is stand apart from any other brand's mint. If only it had the same chips as the Black Raspberry then it would be mint ice unrivaled. Sadly this is just basic.

This is nothing like ice cream. It felt like I was eating dolops of tasty chemicals. For three hours afterwards, my stomach let me know this as well. So, many like it, but I did not.

This is not the Talenti I used to enjoy. Texture is no longer full and creamy; it has a weird gumminess to it. And the delicious mint flavor of the past is completely missing. So bad I returned to the store to get my money back

Made me into an ice cream guy. Usually I don’t care about ice cream. I got this 2x’s as a BOGO at Publix and was wowed how good it was, and rich. So now I have it a few times a week. I also like the container to eat from and save. They wash up nice in the dishwasher. Oh, sometimes the lid ARE hard to open. A few seconds under a hot faucet and they twist right off. I got a “Howdy” brand ice cream this week, BOGO,…now that stuff I will never buy again. Crystals of ice turned me off, and wow, it’s extra sweet. Ok, two reviews in one. Ha ha ha.

Not to be dramatic but if you don’t like “mint chocolate chip” ice cream, you’re wrong! This brand specifically just gives me life. If I ever buy this brand, this is the flavor I will always choose! I’ve tried most of Talenti’s flavors and this will forever be my absolute favorite. Try it!
