Used this since I first started my period I love these tampons so much will never go back to pads. Just an fyi you only keep these tampons in for 4 ish hours and then take them out if it’s heavier take it out if it’s hurting

I really like Tampax Pearl because they are easy to use, comfortable, and most of all easy to carry, conceal, and dispose. I slide one in my pant pocket and go on about my day with no worries of if anyone will know what I have in my pocket. Plus I can throw one in my purse and it doesn't scream, I'm a tampon!! They are comfortable and absorb really well. I have only experienced a little leakage on my super heavy days, but even then they work great. I make sure to wear a liner on those days.

Sometimes it is heavier than others from month to month or sometimes it changes from day to day during the same cycle. So, it is nice to have variety to choose from and know that I am covered! but, the age old question exists in my head....what the heck is actually in tampons?
