I currently do not have a menstrual cycle anymore, but my daughter’s love 10 packs pearl tampons with them being teenagers and being introduced to their first tampon. I recommended them get the 10 packs pearl. It seems to be very easy to use comfortable and something to give a teenager to start out with if they’re not comfortable using a tampon for the first time

I always got these on hand. I’ve been using these my entire life. They keep me mess free they keep my clothes stainless. They’re very comfortable. They come in different sizes for your level of bleeding. The applicator is smooth and doesn’t hurt. Love tampex

They are good for our monthly suffering. At least this company makes the biggest absorbancy available. Be careful when using them, as with everything quality control is garbage. There are twisted pieces of plastic that can hurt you if you don't look before using them.

Pretty good for anyone who, like me, basically hemorrhages on their period. I have an extremely heavy flow and sometimes do still bleed through ultra tampons in a few hours or less. But for most people, these should provide security.

I was so excited to find out they carried ultra flow! But honestly I wish they carried something for an even heavier flow because even with these I still have to change them about every 2 hours, but they’re the best I can get for now! I know it’s not the tampons fault and they’re great, I just have a really heavy flow

I will not be buying these again. The tampons work well enough for their purpose, which is the only reason I give 2 stars. Inserting these is very difficult. The place you hold while pushing the long end inwards to insert has no grip. The raised portion that looks like a “O” in the pic, that is supposed to provide a grip to hold onto while inserting is way too flat and you end up with fingers slipping in and making a mess. My fingernails and fingertips cannot get a good grip, and I keep my nails to maybe 1/4” in length. Who created this design?? Men?? Do better Tampax!

So after 8 months post having a baby my period came back and I sent my husband for pads and tampons. Honestly didn’t gave him a specific one to get only that I needed the tampons to be ultra absorbent so he came back with this ones and I actually liked them a lot. They kept me dry for a good 4-5 hours and probably longer but I didn’t like having a tampon on for that long. It was simple to insert and it didn’t feel like something was bothering me all day like it usually goes with other brands. I will actually get them again!
I think that they are good quality but they could work in the absorbency factors.

This product is very reliable and leak proof, I stay dry and clean all day without worrying about any spills of any kind. The absorbency is amazing and it’s very comfortable to wear. It fits great and the applicator design is perfect.

Recently, my flow has been heavier than usual, so I’ve been trying all kinds of tampons since I can’t use regular pads due to allergies. After testing several options, Tampax Pearl Ultra has been the best for me by far. It holds up really well, providing the protection I need without any leaks. Inserting it is comfortable, and the applicator is super easy to use. I’ve had no issues with discomfort, and it’s become my go-to because I feel so comfortable wearing it throughout the day. Highly recommend!

As someone who has struggled with heavy periods my entire life I've had a hard time finding a product that was both comfortable and reliable. I have had little to no leaks while using these. I love that the applicator is easy to use and that they are fragrance free.
