Beings my bathroom has so much humidity I put them in a ziplock bag because I don’t want them going to waste but they hold and absorb a lot. They do not irritate my skin for sure like a lot of other brands.

When there's blood it's IMPOSSIBLE to get a good grip on the tiny textured area of the Ultra applicator! It's too small. CVS store brand has the old style applicator.

I love the ultra pearl tampons, I'm constantly moving at work and this is the only brand that truly says what it does! I can leave it on for a long period of time with no leakage! Definitely a must buy for someone that's heavy!!!

I love this combo pack it manages my heavy periods. I used to use the regular/super/super plus trio pack however since I have started a new birth control that makes my periods heavier I’m grateful tampax makes this trio pack as I’m not sure what I would’ve done without while trying to figure out my new flow

The only true ultra tampon on the market. This is by far the best ultra tampon on the market that is the actual size. It does a great job of handling heavy flows. The applicator is sleek and comfortable. I rarely have leaks with this tampon

I currently do not have a menstrual cycle anymore, but my daughter’s love 10 packs pearl tampons with them being teenagers and being introduced to their first tampon. I recommended them get the 10 packs pearl. It seems to be very easy to use comfortable and something to give a teenager to start out with if they’re not comfortable using a tampon for the first time

I always got these on hand. I’ve been using these my entire life. They keep me mess free they keep my clothes stainless. They’re very comfortable. They come in different sizes for your level of bleeding. The applicator is smooth and doesn’t hurt. Love tampex

They are good for our monthly suffering. At least this company makes the biggest absorbancy available. Be careful when using them, as with everything quality control is garbage. There are twisted pieces of plastic that can hurt you if you don't look before using them.

Pretty good for anyone who, like me, basically hemorrhages on their period. I have an extremely heavy flow and sometimes do still bleed through ultra tampons in a few hours or less. But for most people, these should provide security.

I was so excited to find out they carried ultra flow! But honestly I wish they carried something for an even heavier flow because even with these I still have to change them about every 2 hours, but they’re the best I can get for now! I know it’s not the tampons fault and they’re great, I just have a really heavy flow

I will not be buying these again. The tampons work well enough for their purpose, which is the only reason I give 2 stars. Inserting these is very difficult. The place you hold while pushing the long end inwards to insert has no grip. The raised portion that looks like a “O” in the pic, that is supposed to provide a grip to hold onto while inserting is way too flat and you end up with fingers slipping in and making a mess. My fingernails and fingertips cannot get a good grip, and I keep my nails to maybe 1/4” in length. Who created this design?? Men?? Do better Tampax!
