I love Tampax! They are super absorbent! I can hardly even tell I am using one! I have never had a leak and they fit so comfortably! I love the plastic applicater

I’m glad I didn’t spend my own money on them because they are made of cardboard which makes them very uncomfortable and honestly painful to insert. I do not recommend.

Good morning, I understand that menstruation products are a big cause on the degradation of our environment but you can’t just turn everything cheap instead. I use this brand of tampons for years and this carton applicator super tampon is true danger. The particles of flying cotton are scary. The cotton is not always compact, there is normally some fiver leaving out of the revestiment. The amount of infections it can lead to, I’m even scared about TSS at this point. There is an enormous difference in quality 2 years from now, I wouldn’t recommend to anyone I care about. Product tested in two different countries. This is constantly happening.

I have been a cardboard user of Tampax ever since I was a teenager. While I have tried other bands and products, when I cannot find the cardboard, I have had several allergic reactions to the plastic applicators (cellulitis). Recently I have found it very difficult to find the cardboard applicators. I hope they do not go away. I do not use any other brand or product. While my meager purchases may not account for a significant number of sales, I think essential product manufacturers need to consider why there still exists demand for these products. Look at the reviews, there are thousands of people who take the time to note how effectives these are. There are so many people with allergies to various components of materials packaging that discontinuing products that work for some people. I would urge this company to at least sell this product through online retailers if stores no longer wish to stock them. They are a necessary product for so many as evidenced by the reviews on this site.

I have been using Tampax cardboard tampons for 33 years. Now all of the sudden they're not on the shelves in any stores! I refuse to use plastic applicators because they are not biodegradable and I refuse to litter the Earth with plastic tampon applicators! If the cardboard has been discontinued I guess I am forced to find a different brand to use after 33 yrs.

I am a loyal lover of the cardboard applicator. I can not find them in any store at all or online for a reasonable price. I hate the plastic ones. They leak, hurt upon insertion and are terrible for the environment. Please, PLEASE get these back on shelves.

Similar to other reviews, I have used this for the better part of 20 years and LOVE them. The multi-pack gives the perfect amount of each absorbency. They are easy to use and are effective. I have tried your other styles with plastic applicators and would always get an infection. Plus, yes these are better for biodegradable purposes! Where can we find??? Please don’t discontinue or will have to find another non-Tampax product!

I bought these at the start of my girls only visit 3 days ago. But God does the cardboard applicator hurt. After 4 children including natural childbirth and considering there was a dryness-free environment it should not have been such a painful insertion. However, absorption was quite effective.

These tampons are great! With the cardboard applicator it makes it easy use and having an anti-slip grip. Last up to 8 hours and comes in a pack of 40. Have always loved these!

They are functional, comfortable and it makes me feel better that I’m using less plastic, especially for such an intimate product. I love the variety pack because I can choose the size and absorbency that works best for my needs depending on my flow that day. I have a lot of friends that say they can’t use the cardboard applicators for comfort reasons but I have never had any issues. I did take away one star because these are not organic, which I do prefer. But they are a good tampon and will get used regardless.

I did give them to my daughter-in-law, who says they work absolutely great. She also mentioned that having multiple absorbencies in one box makes a very positive difference and saves money. I'm sure she will buy them in the future, but I have no need for them.

The fit and comfort could be better, and as I get older (for me) I prefer natural products that are made with cotton because other products irritate me.
