A: 1.To turn the control on, press the “ON/OFF” button. The controller will default to the lowest temperature setting. 2.Press the TIMER/HEAT Button to select your options. 3.While the “HEAT” sign is flashing on the LCD screen, you can adjust the warming setting to your personal comfort by pressing the “+” or “-” . There are totally 10 heat setting levels. From “1” to “10”, which ”1” indicates lowest temperature. 4.While the “TIMER” sign is flashing on the LCD screen, the setting will be on “8” at the beginning. You can adjust the “AUTO-SHUT OFF time” by pressing the “+”or “-” according to your demand. There are 1-12 hours Timer setting levels, the screen will show “1” to “12”, which “1” indicates 1 hour AUTO-SHUT OFF. 5.To turn the control off, press the “ON/OFF” button

I’ve had this for about a year now so unfortunately no chance of returning. I hate the texture of Sherpa blankets so I was excited to find one that was flannel. I mainly use it in the fall/winter and it worked great for a few months. I was dissapointed to find the coils that give off heat only run through the center of the blanket. There’s about a foot on each side that don’t have any coils. But it’s just for me (and my cat) to use so I could get past just that. I took it out for this year and now I’ve noticed it gets very warm when you turn it on no matter what heat level you set it to and then cools down where it feels like the blanket isn’t even on.

The blanket stopped working after 1 year. As far as I can tell, there is no warranty beyond 1 year. When I tried calling the manufacturer (whose number was difficult to find), they gave me the Target customer support number and told me to call Target. Awful experience. Highly recommend folks buy a blanket with a good manufacturer warranty, such as Sunbeam or BIDDEFORD. That's what I will be doing next time.

We like the soft and fluffy material of the blanket especially it’s complete machine washable, and easy to take care of within manageable level. It also offers multi-speeds in heating adjustable phases, just hope it will be long-lasting.

I love how soft it is but the material is too thin for the bulkiness and stiffness of the wires- it’s unnerving to feel the thick wires on you when you’re using it at first but it’s such a great product that you can kinda tolerate it but it’s never gotten to pleasant for me . The worst part is only part of the blanket heats, about 12 inches on the bottom. I assume I got a defective one but so did a lot of other reviewers.

This blanket is so soft! But the material is so thin that it makes using it unnerving because the wires are so thick and stiff… intrusive as compared to the cozy feel of the material. Mine also never worked right. Only one segment of the wires work, about 1/4 of the blanket.

It’s soft and warm even on the lowest number. It’s great if you have arthritis. The only thing I would of liked a white one but they do not have that colour so I purchased beige.
