This item must be returned within 90 days of the date it was purchased in store, shipped, delivered by a Shipt shopper, or made ready for pickup.
Missing hardware and the hardware is not easy to match up and just go buy at the store due to measurements. As previous review states, you have to return the whole thing to the store for a refund.

The chairs we received were missing parts: missing arm chair parts and missing holes for setting up the chairs. I had to create my own holes to assemble the chairs according to the instructions manual. Quality issues as well. Where the cushion is supposed to be, there are gaping holes between the cushion and the wooden part of the chairs. This is a marketplace purchase so the only option available is for a refund. I can either break the chairs down and ship them back to target or haul both chairs to an in-person target for a refund. Super inconvenient!
