We have this up for the summer, just to cover our griddle. So far it's done the job without issue. Perfect size for what we need. I suspect if you treat it well Durability will not be an issue.

I alway want a pop up canopy tent in my back yard. This is a perfect size for it. The construction is solid, and the stands are petty strong. The fabric on the top looks durable to me. The weight bags are very useful, it helps the tent’s stability even on the concrete group. No worry’s in the wind and rain.

Easy to put up up and is very strong and durable. A much better choice than the traditional blue ones. My last blue one collapsed in the rain and tore. This one is heavy and extremely well made. So happy I found it!
