Q: Do you have the installation instructions on-line? The diagrams in the directions are so tiny that I cannot tell a dowel from a screw in the directions. If on-line, I can enlarge the diagrams.

submitted byTANGKULA INC. - 2 years agoBrand expertA: I had the same problem until I saw that the pre-drilled holes are differently sized for each item. It also helps to take a close-up photo of the diagram, transfer it to your computer, then enlarge it.

Q: I recently put this storage unit together and am curious how the 3-grid compartment space works without a bottom unit to hold items as pictured (pens, etc). Am I missing a piece, or does the photo give false advertising to product capabilities?
