Was surprised at how fast the delivery was and even more surprised that my 18 year old daughter put it together before I got home. She just learned how to use a washing machine, so I would say assembly is very easy 😁! It’s perfect for my 5 year old and her 7 year old brother plays on it all the time with her, nice and sturdy. Underneath is perfect for a “fort”, and they love it. Perfect size for a small room but would be great in a big room too. Glad I got this one, 100% worth the price, I would have paid more.
