Nice space saving design for a decent price. Similar assembly to IKEA products. Yes you ARE building the middle grid upside and backwards (rough sides facing you) to flip around to mount to the base for some reason (then all white edges will face you). Wish I had thought to decorate the backing piece, it just slides in, that would be a fun upgrade. Feels too heavy for only dry wall mount so I found a stud and used a different wood screw for one of the fasteners. Fasteners actually give you a lot of leeway as long as they are level and within an inch of where you want them - the instructions at this part are terrible but after studying for awhile you can see it's a tab that angles out for the hooks you've mounted inside your desk to rest on - then you tighten the hooks with your Philips head from inside your desk. Feels sturdy!

It took some time to assemble, but I never felt like I screwed up or never had to re-do things because of crappy instructions, btw, that happens to me most of the time. So this was a pretty sweet deal.
