I got this as a birthday present for my son. We have several maples planted by my parents over 50 years ago. My son has been talking about trying to tap them for syrup. Finally decided this was the year. Haven't actually done anything yet. The pails seem sturdy & the directions seem clear. We'll be getting into it this weekend.
