Q: Is anyone having trouble with the plastic shelves on the candy display part? Ours do not fit properly.

A: Cardboard for the cereal box..etc…plastic for the fruit

submitted byShiel - 4 months agoA: I just bought this, and the food containers are plastic not cardboard. They are hollow and have lids. (I have the shopping cart too, and that came with the cardboard ones)

Q: How many pounds does it weigh?
A: My husband picked this box up and was surprised at.how heavy it is. It's 43 pounds!

A: The item I purchased also does not have any assembly directions. Took every piece out of the big box and couldn’t put it together for my son.

Q: I see it comes with some food but not much. Can I use other food/toys with this and will the scanner still beep with other food?
A: Anything you move over the scanner will make the beeping noise.
submitted byEm - 5 months agoA: Yes, it will still beep with other items. I spoke with a Target representative and she said the checkout is not an interactive toy, so the beeping sound will be heard.

Q: Which part does it contain button batteries ? I wish they made toys with no button batteries I’m not sure if I want to keep it now.
A: Hi there! The Wireless Scanner that is with the cash register comes with button Cell batteries.
