A: Anything you move over the scanner will make the beeping noise.

My kids enjoyed for 4 months then all of a sudden the cash register stopped working. Tried replacing batteries but that didn't work. Upset that I spent 150 bucks on something for it to last 4 months. I wouldn't recommend.

I bought this for my grandkids, and they absolutely love it. It's so cute and wasn't hard to assemble. It would have been easier with two people, but I did it myself. They love the talking mic, the credit card, and the fake money. It was a great purchase. The only thing I would add is a light on the flag. The kids kept asking me to turn it on.

I got this for my grandsons ages 2 and 3 and they love it. It is pretty much like a real Target checkout. It has a conveyor belt with a scanner that beeps when you run something through it, a hand held scanner that lights up and beeps, a cash register, and credit card machine. My only complaint is the assembly instructions. Once I quit trying to go off them I put it together in no time.
