Maximize comfort and cool with the Targus® 18" Dual Fan Chill Mat® with Adjustable Stand. Powered by your laptop, plug the Chill Mat into a USB-A port with the included tuckaway cable and two built-in, 1,900 RPM fans will begin to disperse heat, keeping you and your laptop cool. With 3 adjustable height positions, this Chill Mat places your laptop at a comfortable viewing angle to help reduce glare, as well as reduce neck and eye fatigue usually caused by bad working posture or improper ergonomics. Non-skid pads on its top keep your laptop (up to 18") in place, while its soft padded air mesh base provides cushioned comfort for your lap. The open design allows the fans to run quietly, stimulating constant airflow and helps to prevent overheating, thus helping your laptop run at peak performance.

it is comfortable on my lap and on my workstation and does the job. my laptop is performing bettwe however, Targus needs to get with the times and update their cord to a USB-C. There is no reason to still be putting out products with regular USBs, therefore making me buy a USB-C adaptor.

I bought a gaming laptop a couple months ago and wanted something for my lap while I was on the couch. Not only is this thing comfortable but I couldn’t believe how well it cooled my laptop even during long gaming sessions. Huge difference! 10/10 product!

It is raised off the desk so that I am not hurting my back and it cools the laptop off so that it doesn't get hot. Works great and plugs in easily to the laptop.

When the laptop isnt on top the fan can be heard but as soon as the laptop is placed on it it is so quiet I forget it's on. It was simple to plug in and use. The only problem I found was that i wished the stand secured and held in place. It easily plopped apart.
