How to use: Using a mirror, place the open curler on bare lashes, getting as close to the base of the lashes as possible. Gently squeeze the ergonomic purple handles gently near the root of the lashes & hold in place for a few seconds. Gently release curler before pulling away to avoid pulling lashes. PRO tip: Always curl lashes before applying mascara for best results!

I tried this product for the first time years ago and was a big fan. However, I purchased a new one a few months ago and it started pulling my lashes out when curling (without any product on lashes). I thought I had ended up with a defective one and finally got around to buying a new one a week ago, but on the first use it pulled out my lashes again. I contacted urban decay directly but they said since I didnt purchase from them they couldn't help :/

I keep coming back to this one as it is the absolute best. However, the spring breaks and you must replace the whole curler. Im on my 5th one in as many years. I have tried other brands but they simply don't compare!

This one curls my lashes good! The 1st one I bought barely broke on me this year, so I had to repurchase it. Amd it's worth it because it last me 4 years. However, for those out there that want refills on the silicone pads I found some on Amazon. A customer posted a photo of this exact eyelash curler and said the pad fit. The brand is called Petunia and sold by Petunia skincare. However, the pads are black. Here is the link https://a.co/d/1McHdZW . Hope it helps!

This curler is comfortable in your hands and on your eyes and does a beautiful job in seconds. And the mascara extends my eyelashes but doesn’t bother my sensitive eyes. I plan to buy the full size version.

I'm pleased to say it works. I have straight lashes and hooded eyes, but it still works, whereas other curlers have given me a hard time positioning them around the eye socket and curling the lashes. I also like that the curler came with a replacement pad.

I've bought this eyelash twice now and both have broken after a couple months. I continue to repurchase because so far it is the only eyelash curler to curl my lashes well without them dropping throughout the day. The mascara is comes with isnt bad but can be heavy on the lashes at times.

This is the worst eyelash curler ive ever used. The pad wears out extremely fast and jt crimps and breaks the lashes instead of curling them. Im horrified by how short and stubby and choppy my lashes are since using this curler for the past couple weeks. You have been warned!
