Tastykake Coconut Juniors - 12oz

Unsealed wrapping on Coconut Juniors cakes. This has happen a couple of time within the last couple of months. Was only one cake unsealed in each of the boxes and only on one end. Still going to buy but will start inspecting the cakes upon opening the box and return them to the store. Love my Coconut Juniors. Hope this isn't a major problem.

Just found out that these are seasonal after searching hi/lo for them in South Florida! Grew up in Philly eating them for the past 60 years and now cannot find them anywhere!! Had I known, woulda bought LOTS and frozen them! PLEASE send us Coconut Juniors! Dying down here!

i agree with most posts i get them hit and miss in the midwest definitely not as good dry and smaller new company cheapened the name for us oldsters and newbies wont know the difference also out here they make those awful fruit pies like little debbies but they must do what the region wants yuk i misss living near Philly

I'm a Jersey girl, love Tastykake products. Moved to Florida and sometimes can't find my favorite the coconut Juniors. Went grocery shopping and there they were...got so exited that I bought two boxes, what a disappointment that was. The coconut part was as I remembered it but the cake was so dry not even my kids liked it.

I had these over a year ago from a local grocery store and haven’t been able to find them since. Most of the other products are available in the St. Louis area but not these, my favorite.

Almost every time I buy a Box of coconut Juniors there is something wrong either with not enough white icing or they not aligned. Few weeks I had a Box when they cut them one had the other part of Junior still attached also they were stale because plastic around junior was opened.

VERY hard to find these where I live now (I practically inhaled them daily for the few years I lived in Philadelphia), so I was thrilled to be able to find them online. Taste almost exactly as I remember them from many, many years ago with one exception: they used to have much more coconut on top. There is barely any coconut on top, sadly.

While they’re hard to find in my local grocery store, they are so delicious! When I do find then I always buy 2 boxes. They are the perfect coconut cake! Thank you, Tasty Kake!

Very disappointed with the decline in the quality and size of your products. I grew up in Philadelphia, Tastykakes where a huge part of my childhood. My family relocated to Florida when I was very young and for many years the only time I was able to enjoy Tastykakes was when I visited Philadelphia. I was very excited when Tastykake products started showing up in several retail stores and Wawa’s in Florida. It’s saddening for me to see how some of my favorite deserts, Coconut Juniors, Chocolate Juniors and Chocolate Cupcakes have slowly been reduced significantly in size. A few days ago I was excited to find Coconut Juniors for sale in my local Dollar General store, my favorite of all the Tastykake deserts. I opened the box to enjoy one today and I was taken back at how small the deserts have been reduced too. There where areas on the top of the cake that didn’t have any Coconut topping. I can’t express how sad it is for me to remember the utter size and quality of my favorite dessert when I was in Philadelphia growing up, compared to the disappointment you guys have reduced these desserts to today.

I grew-up in the 1990s on Tastykake Coconut Juniors. It used to be the best cakes ever. Sadly, the product taste and production quality has died with the new parent company Flower Food. It is disgusting and appalling. Now I only have my memories to hand down to my three sons. The product is NOT the same.

The cakes are good, as usual; however, this is the second box I have purchased in the past week that has no filling between the cake layers - so disappointing.
