Q: My thermometer display had been showing Fahrenheit then all of a sudden started displaying the temp in Celsius. Is there any way to switch it back to Fahrenheit?

  • A: I would have to say, “no”. I would also not recommend this thearmometer. It’s very cheap. I don’t even have it anymore because it broke. I would recommend a larger fryer/candy thermometer for making candy. You will want one that clios to the side of the pan.
