A: The Calm Chamomile is an herbal tea, so no caffeine. The black and green teas in some photos are on other flavors.

Been drinking Zen tea for over 10 years. The new organic Zen doesn’t have the same robust flavor as the original. This was my go to tea when feeling sick as it made me feel better. I did always wonder why when I poured the hot water a white substance was released. Could this be microplastics? My Twining tea bags do not release a substance when steeping. Now I’m concerned about how much microplastic I drank over the last 10 years? It’s always something!

Spoiler alert—they are. Because of this, I didn’t try them. Microplastics are diabolically bad for your health and the environment—BOOOO! However, I do like that the teas are organic.

The taste is awful. Asians don’t even drink this in Asia. This tea was created to suit the western taste. Look at the ingredients: green tea, lemon verbena leaves, spearmint, lemongrass, lemon essence oil. What the heck is verbena leaves? Lemongrass is used for cooking not for tea. This combination is a disaster. I threw away the rest after a few brews. I felt unwell after drinking it.

Best chai in a tea bag. I have tried several chais and this is my favorite. I steep this in half a cup of hot water. Then add my favorite milk (soy milk for me). I don’t add sweetener and for me, this chai is bliss!

Flavorless! I have been drinking the Tazo mint tea for a while, and I came across the Regenerative Mint and thought it would be the same. Or even close! Doesn’t taste like mint at all. It took two bags to have any flavor at all; whatever flavor it is. It made me wonder if I got a bad batch, but then read several reviews claiming the same disappointment. I feel like I wasted my money.

The blend has changed and it tastes terrible. I've been drinking this tea twice a day for about 10 years and take it with me when I travel so I know it well. My last 2 boxes of Regenerative Organic Awake English Breakfast tasted completely different. It doesn't even taste like an English breakfast tea. What little flavor it has reminds me of the smell of my grandmother's purse - old, stale, slightly perfumy. It was undrinkable. I hope the old blend can be returned because I've lost my daily tea and no longer buy Awake tea.
