I'm obsessed with their Chai tea. For the price, it’s seriously one of the best out there. I keep trying other brands, but I always end up coming back to this one.

The taste is awful. Asians don’t even drink this in Asia. This tea was created to suit the western taste. Look at the ingredients: green tea, lemon verbena leaves, spearmint, lemongrass, lemon essence oil. What the heck is verbena leaves? Lemongrass is used for cooking not for tea. This combination is a disaster. I threw away the rest after a few brews. I felt unwell after drinking it.

Best chai in a tea bag. I have tried several chais and this is my favorite. I steep this in half a cup of hot water. Then add my favorite milk (soy milk for me). I don’t add sweetener and for me, this chai is bliss!

Not my favorite Earl Grey because the bergamot was way too overpowering in a way that was not pleasant. Very soapy/bitter in taste. Other family members disliked it as well; Tazo Organic is a favorite brand at this house.

I loved it most rose petal products taste horrid. But this one actually tasted great. Does relax me and does calm my stomach stuff down. I love the smell and the quality. Came back to TAZO after years of not taking it because their quality went down a lot but it’s getting good again. Do recommend this one a lot

Great tea!!! Unfortunately the delivery failed. It was delivered to my neighbor instead of my home.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I love the flavor , packaging is neat and clean, it’s super easy to do, I often add boiled water to it and let it sit for 5 minutes then add honey ! Taste super yummy!

I’m not sure what changed with this product, but every tea bag in this box has leaked tea leaves while steeping.

Disappointed. Why does green tea and ginger need to be made with mysterious, “natural flavors?” I didn’t think organic tea could be made this way until now. Will no longer be buying.

Never received my item

I have purchased Regenerative Organic Green Ginger tea from multiple retail outlets, both in-store and online. The packaging—box and sachets—remains lime green, as expected. However, upon opening a tea bag, I noticed that the paper tag attached to the string is now orange instead of lime green, as it had always been in the past. More concerningly, the tea has a distinctly citrusy taste, similar to Sweet Wild Orange, rather than the familiar Green Ginger tea flavor I have enjoyed for nearly 20 years. I now have 11 boxes of this tea, and the formulation is clearly inconsistent with the legacy Green Ginger I’ve relied on. This suggests either a manufacturing mix-up or an unannounced change to the original recipe. I have repeatedly contacted Tazo via email and phone, urging them to investigate the issue through a quality and taste test. Unfortunately, they have yet to address or correct the problem, which is disappointing.

Tired the tazo brand becuase it was on sale. Disappointing to say the least. There is zero mint flavor.

After purchase I heard this health concerning newsworthy article which was reported on several of the major news networks. "According to the Center for Enviromental Health, at least the following brands of tea contain microplastics: Tazo, Teavana (Starbucks), Celestial Seasons, Migfhty Leaf Teas."

Every bag- EVERY SINGLE BAG - broke. I thought it was a fluke but I’ve now brewed six tea bags and each one has broken. Total waste.

Very good flavor! One of my favorite teas. Though the old version was better.

Great flavor, most year are bland and I don't care for mint or spearmint. First time trying this brand and chai, I surprisingly like the flavor, and expect tea to taste like. Best if it is hot.

Delicious tea! My husband and I drink this when we don’t want to have a coffee but still want a nice hot cup of something to sip on!

Refresh Mint used to be the best. They’ve switched to an organic version now and the tea is much less flavorful, no matter how long you let it steep. Sad. Will be making the switch to something else.
