I’ve been on a peel-and-stick wallpaper kick with good results, but this (otherwise beautiful) wallpaper scuffed almost immediately, even before attaching to the wall. Anything but the gentlest touch and a sponge (no palette knife or paddle) will leave noticeable white nicks.

You can use a smoothing tool during installation to avoid this. This is the most difficult task I’ve ever tried to do. Hands down. Sticks to itself, leaves white lines if it creases in wrong spots. Bubbles will happen. Some blue was left behind on my walls. It’s just not feasible even with two people. Do not recommend for walls. Maybe.. furniture?

The Pattern Is Beautiful But Even After Smoothing And Smoothing It Still Bubbles Up And Peels Away. The Edges Also Do Not Blend Nicely Together.

If so, we do suggest wiping the wall with a 1:1 water + isopropyl alcohol solution before installation. We also recommend installing the product on a smooth wall that has been primed and painted with either an eggshell, satin, or semi-gloss paint. I love the pattern, but it tends to peel if your wall is not smooth, I would recommend you add some take or command strips on the corner. Also, be careful, it will go out of shape if you pull it.

If so, we do suggest installing the wallpaper on a smooth surface that has been primed and painted with either an eggshell, satin, or semi-gloss paint.

Just beautiful! I kind of wish I had put it somewhere I get to look at it more often than the entryway. The gold in the paper shines so beautifully when the light hits it. I have been trying to make a pretty boring wall more interesting for a while and this really did the trick. I have a lot of gold/brass decor, and it really pops with this wallpaper. Putting it up was not easy but not as difficult as I imagined. The bubbles smoothed out easily with our hands; lining it up was the tricky/time consuming part. It took about 3 hours to do a 10 ft wall with two people. The most useful tool you will need for this is an exacto knife for trimming the wallpaper once you reach the trim. Color seems less green to me than I was expecting, but I still like it.

We loved the color and print of the paper and it's exactly what we wanted for the room. However, this is IMPOSSIBLE to put up. I consider myself to be very capable and handy but this was torture. Even with the special tool, we could not get the patterns to come even close to lining up. We were VERY careful to avoid stretching the paper. for this very reason but some areas were 1/4" off and it looked awful. Granted, I'm a perfectionist so it you're okay with the patterns not being perfect, this would work for you. We ended up taking it down and it did come off easily with minimal paint coming with it.

Love this wallpaper. It's very easy to work with, cut, measure, etc. It goes on smoothly. Make sure you sand out any bumps or rough spots on your wall before applying because it will show right through the wallpaper.
