I've tried different bran ds, sizes, etc., and I keep coming back to these. I've injured my hip, so I have to use a walker to get around, and getting the the bathroom quickly just doesn't happen. It is a great help to have these; they really do work better than anything else I've used. It's really nice to know that I don't have to worry about leaking, especially in bed.

These fit well and are very absorbent. I haven't had any leaks from the sides so this makes me happy. I am unhappy however with the shipping. My ups driver now knows I need these as the tape ripped off the box and exposed what was inside. When I have bout multiples of these from other online sellers they put this box into a shipping box so that doesn't happen!

They are perfect for overnight protection. I don't have to worry about accidents anymore. The only thing I wish Tena sold an extra small size for women to wear at night. Ordinarily I don't need these, but I recently injured my hip and I'm spending most of my time either in bed or my recliner making it painful and takes some time to get around, so these are great. Way more absorbant, no leaks, comfortable, and I have one less thing to worry about, until I can get the surgery done.

Why would you down grade a product that was a five star to a one star? I have been buying the Tena super absorbent overnight underwear (with the seven droplet absorbency Factor) for years, and have loved them, but now I constantly wake up in a puddle which is disgusting. Being disabled at homebound I need a product I can rely on. I've started searching for another product to replace as far inferior product.

I was always concerned that they were noticeable when I went out so it prevented me from going out and getting some things done.. I decided to try this brand TENA and was more than pleasantly surprised, they are very comfortable and no one knows I am wearing them when I go out which is very important to this senior lady..

I'm looking for other briefs, as this new product is far inferior to.the old when it comes to absorbency. I have leg leaks when I'm lying in bed and leaks up the back when I'm sitting. The new brief is so thin...not up to my standards for an overnight brief. I also use 2 pads inside the brief for extra absorbency. I don't feel I should have to do that.

They may say for women hut as a man they're great. I like wearing them because they're thick and feel good between my legs. Very comfy and do a good job holding all my pee. Highly recommend them to men and women. I got my mother in law to try them and now we both wear them.

I like Tena brand because they are the best fitting and the price of these is easier on my budget. I also like the natural feel of these overnight pullups, they are very comfortable. I dislike that they aren't absorbent enough, especially for overnight. They leak! I have to wear booster pads with them! Tena could do better on the padding which is sparce in places, not overall solid padding. Other like LivDry & Tranquility have better absorbancy.
