TENA Night Super Pads are designed for heavy to very heavy urine and/or fecal incontinence protection. Ideal for day or nighttime usage. They work best when combined with TENA Comfort Pants as this will provide a more discreet, body-close fit. These pads are designed for comfort and security with the Dry-Fast Dual Core to ensure long-lasting dryness.

I got these for my incontinent adult brother. They are the only thing that keeps him from soaking through his brief. They are bulky because they are so absorbant.

I found that they do not have a sticky strip on them which would help them from shifting while in your sleep. I wear regular underwear to hold them in place and have a pad on my bed to protect my sheets so it did not prevent accidents I can just sleep a little longer

Pads had no adhesive so could not be fitted into pants if they are supposed to be used with specific pants it would be nice if they were sold on website. Unusable

These are a full 9” longer than the long overnight ones as well as, maybe, at least 2-1/2 to 3 times wider than them. This is all without the tremendous, bulky thickness. They also led me to the day regular which is slightly smaller with a little less thickness. Once you’ve perfected getting them on easily, you’ll be happy. I use them with Amazon Solimo XL underwear which I had been using about 4/day with leaks from the other Tena. Now, 1/day works.
