I have a 38" waist. The medium size is supposed to fit from 34" to 44", but it is not large enough. (The medium in McKesson's underwear fits perfectly.) Absorbency not great enough for full overnight protection.

However, it could be a bit more wide in the back (absorbency area) and a bit more absorbent as are other brands I've tried. For people with a large bladder this is somewhat leaky when advertised as overnight. But I have adjusted and am .reordering as service was quite expedient and cost effective.

90yo mother likes these better than any others we've tried. She says they are softer, more comfortable around belly, and are more absorbent. Good for during the day but still needs a brief at night. She feels confident that they won't leak during the day which has made her comfortable going to activities again.
