This is a great fitting pull up brief that finds the perfect balance between effectiveness and visibility under cloths. The benefit of this being tailored for men is that there is great absorbency in front and the rear isn't as bulked up. i stocked up on these as my everyday product. Thumbs up to Tena.

this is a super comfortable and very effective product and it's awesome that it is made for smaller sizes. It is absorbent and discrete. It's the closest to the active fit product available in Europe.

Soiled sheets, mattress cover, clothing while believing incontinence would be contained until morning. Had to resort to setting alarms every 3 hours to change the product. The pad is shaped like a tampax, i.e. no wings like the discrete overnight pads. If liquid goes beyond the pad, there is nothing to stop it from soaking into sheets. After washing sheets 3 nights in a row, I finally went back to the highly absorbent overnight pads.

I am using this product to avoid accidents on way to bathroom. My left leg is in a thick heavy cast which extends from my toes up to my groin. I can't rely on crutches to get to the bathroom quick enough. So I notice when I have to go, I just do it in the Tena underwear. It is nice to compensate for my current disability. Plus it fits over my cast and there is no leakage.

I use these on car rides that may take more than 30 minutes. NYC doesn't have rest stops, or parking if I need to go. They have a comfortable fit and absorb a lot of liquid but, the surface of the absorbent material becomes wet too quickly.
