Q&A(4)

Q: I have replaced the batteries in both the snake and the remote control, and the snake is still no longer working. Is there any way to fix this? We've only had the snake a few weeks.

submitted by Kerri - 1 year ago
  • A: Hi Kerri. Once the batteries have been changed, depending on the version of your toy, please make sure to turn the snake and remote switches to the On/Play position. The remote needs to be aimed towards the snake continuously during play time. Thank you. The Battat Team

  • A: There are 3 AAA batteries in the snake. Remove the 2 tiny philips screws on the underside of the head and slide apart. 2 batteries underneath and one on top. If you only replace 2 it wont work.

Q: What tool do I require to replace the batteries?

submitted by Seth - 2 years ago
  • A: Hi Seth. Please use a small screwdriver to undo and remove the battery cover. An instruction sheet can be downloaded on the Official Terra by Battat site. Thank you. The Battat Team

Q: Snake isn't working - we replaced all of the batteries, and the snake still doesn't move with the remote. Is there a fix for this?

submitted by Kerri - 1 year ago
  • A: Hi Kerri G. Once you have changed the batteries, press the On/Off button on the bottom of the snake to turn the toy on. Then make sure to keep the remote pointed toward the snake while in use. Thank you. The Battat Team

Q: child safety certificate

submitted by brad - 2 years ago
  • A: Hi Brad. In a deeply heartfelt way (and with passing independent lab results for every one of our toys) we can assure you that all of our toys are 100% non-toxic. They pass all USA, all Canadian, and even the more stringent European toxicity and safety tests. We're parents loooong before we are toy makers and safety is truly our first (and 17th) priority. Please know that our own children play with Battat toys.
