A: On Mr. Kate's firmness scale, this sofa is rated firm. The cushions are removable. We do not recommend removing the covers to clean. Spot-clean the cushions with a damp cloth.

A: Yes, the cushions are individually wrapped/vacuum sealed. The sofa parts are then stacked and wrapped in plastic wrap.

Q: How can I spot-clean the beautiful cream sofa that I bought from you a few months ago?

A: Hi Robin, first things first, do not rub at the stain! If your furniture can be cleaned with water, mix a little dish soap with cool water to blot the stain with a damp sponge. Then, press dry with a cloth or paper towel. If this does not work, please contact our consumer relations team and we will be happy to brainstorm some other options for you! Q: There 2 different measurements for this item. Main page says 74Lx34Wx32.5H, but the shipping and returns page the dimesions are 67Lx26Wx15H. This is a huge discrepancy, why? Which is correct?

A: The box that the product ships in is what is listed on the Shipping and Returns page. Once assembled, the sofa measures 74L x 34W x 32.5H.

This couch is not only beautiful, but extremely comfortable. I love taking naps on it. I get so many compliments on the gorgeous color. The velvet is soft and when my cat tries to scratch it, it doesn't leave marks. It was also really easy to put together.
