A: I have a vegan Thai curry soup that I make with this... Fabulous. Not spicy. I add chili garlic paste to give the soup some kick.

A: i don't measure so you have to adjust it. stir in paste in 1 tbsp of heated oil until fragrant. add coconut milk and a bit of water if too tick and bring to a simmer. add squash and simmer for 15 min until squash is cooked, add cooked shredded meat and cooked stir fried veg of choice (onions, carrots, bell peppers, pea shoots, etc), serve over rice
