Description
The Adjustable Cuff wrist or ankle weight comes standard with a D-ring closure for snug fit and padded interior for comfortable fit. The weight ships with weight inserts pre-inserted into the weight pockets. These inserts can be removed from the weight pockets to adjust the weight of the exerciser. The weight is color-coded to identify maximum weight. Each weight is available in 2, 4, 5, 10 and 20 pound sizes. Each weight is available individually or as a pair.

I saved up to buy two of these to help with physical therapy for managing my disabilities. Health and family issues delayed my opening and inspecting them. When I opened them I could see seams were already coming apart and the fabric was very worn in places. After one short, gentle therapy session with only 2lbs loaded in each cuff, one strap buckle completely disconnected from one cuff and the other showed seams further coming apart. Because of my family issues, I missed the return window, so I spent over $120 on some pieces of metal. Speaking of, the metal weights don't have a nice finish as shown, they are very rusty and get your hands filthy any time you handle them.
