Q: can you use alcohol markers in the coloring book?
submitted by rowan - 4 years ago
A: Hi, rowan! Regarding your question about the The Beauty of Horror 1: A Goregeous Coloring Book - by Alan Robert (Paperback): Alcohol based markers tend to bleed through as these pages are double sided, so I wouldn't recommend them for this. If you have any additional questions, please do not hesitate to contact Target.com at 1-800-591-3869 every day, between 7am-11pm CST.

This is hands down, the best coloring book I’ve ever purchased. The composition of each page is stunning. I actually bought NICER markers after purchasing this book, because I would really like to frame quite a few of these illustrations. I really like that the book contains a nice balance of large and small images, with a variety of line work and detail within each one. I never get bored, there is always something that draws my attention. Getting a coloring book by a reputable artist who knows their craft and knows their style of illustration makes ALL the difference. If you’ve ever been frustrated by half-baked line work and poorly executed concepts which are unfortunately rampant in many popular adult coloring books, do yourself a favor and purchase this book. The price is extremely fair. I’m so glad to learn that this is just one book of a larger series by Alan Robert. I’m going to gift these to my friends, and look forward to getting the rest of the series for myself soon too.
