While both mattresses include our Airscape technology, the Element mattress is 10" with two layers of support and our Original mattress is 11" with three layers of support. We hope this helps.

A: We are not familiar with this frame. However, we can tell you that the best support for your Casper is a frame or foundation with slats that are no more than 4" apart. We hope this helps.

A: Hi there! We do not suggest using a traditional box spring as it does not provide the proper support for our mattresses and will cause sagging over time. We suggest using our Casper foundation or one like it that provides slats that are no more than 4" apart.

Only the center of each side of the mattress has expanded causing it to look very very deformed. Once again, mattress has been open and expanding for over a week now and has not fully expanded

Very disappointed. Poor quality. Let it sit for 24 hours, and the mattress only rose to a little over 9 inches. Bounces around a lot. Doesn’t stay put on the bed foundation. Worst mattress I’ve purchased to date. Worse than the cheaper mattress that I replaced. Super light. Feels like pillow Fiber instead of a hybrid mattress

I loved my Casper element and was so excited to get a Black Friday deal to replace it now that it’s worn out. When it arrived, I let it air out the standard 48 hours then eagerly laid down to feel that familiar cloud like softness - only to be met with a ROCK HARD MATTRESS. Upon doing some research, it turns outs Casper “upgraded” the Element mattress to the Element Pro in September 2022 and I guess the stores are now selling that version. It is NOTHING like the amazing original. If you are a repeat buyer, just stay away unless you’d rather quote literally sleep on a rock.
