The artwork is complicated yet simple, aka its not overly distracting. The actual story itself is very catchy and I love reading it to my son. The story tells your kids to be curious and find a way not to be bored. I loved it so much, I bought the other book and waiting on it to be delivered due to my sons reaction to it as well as my liking for this book.
