I wasn’t impressed with these patches. I placed the patch on my forearm. It took a couple of hours to feel an effect. I fell asleep and after two hours I was wide awake. The leftovers I have, I’ll save for continental travel, but not using them for sleep at night. I wouldn’t purchase again.

After all of the great reviews, I was optimistic to try this patch. I put one patch on the first night - nothing. So I placed 2 patches the next night (since that is allowed, per the directions) and still nothing. The patches did stick on my skin well, with no irritation or nuisance while I was trying to sleep, so I had to give it a couple stars for that. I won’t be buying these again.
