A: When I was in Cuba and I was breathing in that diesel exhaust for days, by the end of the trip the ginger candy is what helped me. So my answer is yes, it's helpful, it's real ginger.

I get motion-nausea really easily so I always keep a few of these in my purse and travel bags! Planes, cars, boats, playing a particularly motion-y video game, ate too much junk food, dizzy or nauseous from a migraine — boom — gin gins to the rescue! They are VERY gingery so be prepared for some bite. They’re even spicier in the middle (I think the outside is a touch sweeter and more mild to ease you into the flavor) but as someone who loves ginger I genuinely enjoy these. Kids might not love them… but worth a try for them too if they’re old enough to have hard candy.

I swear by these! I always recommend gin gins to family and friends who are nauseous..even the poor woman and her child on the plane next to me who experienced motion sickness. They have a little kick to them but they truly work! I’ve made it a habit of keeping them with me in my purse, in the car, bedside table, etc cause you never know!
