The headband is soft and stretchy and the bottom has gripped dots that help the headband from falling of your head. I love to use it to go to sleep to keep my hair out my face or when I’m doing a light workout. I love the pleated headband and use it daily!

It fits well, but I can’t wear it longer than an hour, even if I’m wearing it when my hair is down. I love the color, but I don’t believe I’m the target market. For reference, I have thick, curly hair.
