Well made. It will hold up for a long time. Hanging it in a tree so if by any chance it fell it would be on the grass and not smash on cement. It is cute and how can you pass up the price.

I bought this for spring d for in my home. It is well made and exactly what I was expecting. Everything I order from Lakeside is good. And my order came in a timely manner which was a complaint I once had. Seems they have worked out their switch over kinks!

I bought several of these, a couple for me and a couple for a gift. One of the black and white houses arrived with a pretty good sized chip in the glaze through to the ceramic underneath. I called the company and was sent a replacement. The replacement arrived with a chip in the glaze but not all the way through, it just looks like part of the black lines have peeled off. It also has a tiny hole in the glaze where the glaze was applied wrong so if I use this outside, moisture will get in there and eventually ruin the bird house. The front of all of the traditional style bird houses is pushed in, like the clay was put together wrong. It's not bad for the price but not what is pictured in the photos on the website.

OK WOW.I thought I was gonna hang this outside.Nope.This is heavy heavy.Very nicely made.But using for deco only. I still could have used it outside it is so heavy but would have needed to use a metal hanger or something tuff to hang it.I was so surprised by this product.Very nice.

Very well made. I bought one with the plaid and one plain white. I’m hoping being ceramic they last longer than the metal and wood birdhouses I’ve had, which deteriorate and colors bleach out from the sun.
