The Lakeside Collection Holiday Place Setting Collection - 4 Pieces

These plates are beautiful. Smooth. Thick. Sturdy. Shiny. Perfect size. Great detail. Awesome sale price. I ordered four sets of them and they have got to be the best-quality melamine dinnerware I’ve ever received from LTD/Lakeside. Unfortunate that the website’s pictures don’t truly represent the color, though. Although the description indicates that they’re IVORY, in the pics they appear white. [Attached is (apologies) an unprofessional picture I took to share with a friend who’s also in the market for some. It depicts their shade of off-white against white-white, their size, detail and sheen, though.] This won’t be an issue for me since they don’t look horrible next to my existing white dinnerware, but a common mention within the other reviewers’ posts. I know they’ll look lovely atop the wine-colored charger plates I plan to use when hosting. Of course, not for microwave…and plan on hand-washing to maintain their luster. Very happy with this purchase and looking forward to impressing our dinner guests!

I have four colorful patterned sets of melamine dinnerware and wanted a set of plain white. What I received was described as melamine but is actually plastic, which looks cheap and scratches easily.

I bought these thinking the sentimental would be on them. NO, all I got was plane white plates. For the price I paid they are not forth them.

I'm so pleased with the shape, pearl edge, weight. First I bought a dozen salad/dessert plates and then bought a dozen dinner plates. I would love yo see bowls in different sizes - a small fruit bowl and a slightly larger bowl that is a bit shallow for cereal and ice cream, pie a la mode, etc. Serving pieces, too. Great for year round home use and celebrations.

I bought this thinking it was an amazing deal, but I stupidly didn’t read the specs and thought it was going to be real plates. It’s melamine, which makes more sense on the price. Still looks beautiful though

These are not chincy. They are good quality and awesome. Bought for my sister who uses placemats all the time. I bought myself the burlap ones to go for Halloween and Thanksgiving. I would definitely buy these again

I ordered 4 of the natural burlap placemats to see kThey are very cute so wanted to order 4 more but they only have red. One of the 4 was slightly messed up but loved them anyway. Bummed I can’t get 4 more.
