My fault I guess! I bought as a gift and when they said there was only one table in the box, I thought it was a mistake. I thought this was at least a set of two. One table for $39.99 was more than I expected.

When package received, the interior and exterior cardboard were both crunched and torn. This caused the top of the table to be scratched and marred. Also was somewhat difficult to assemble

The tables are sturdy and we love the look. The only thing was the assembly instructions weren't as helpful as they could have been.
