This item is certainly not worth the price paid for it. It arrived with scratches through the coating on the legs, various small dents, and one of the welds popped causing instability. The center front and center back are pieced together instead of being one solid piece like the sides, so it's much less stable than it should be to support the canopy cover. If this lasts the season, I will be surprised. I certainly wouldn't buy it had it been full priced. I got it on clearance and still don't think it's worth the price paid.

I bought this product June 12 , 2024 but I wasn’t able to put it together until September 2,2024 do to medical reasons but anyway it’s looks like pieces are missing the front legs are too short it’s just awkward and I stood it up the thing started falling so I laid it down because I didn’t want it to fall on my grandchildren it’s dangerous

The instructions are terrible. One diagram does not explain the complete ways to put it together. Specifically, it does not explain how the small L shaped screws connect the column, side, and front. It is impossible for that small screw that size to connect all three. If they do, please let me know

Sunshine fits to our needs. The screw bag was open, luckily nothing is missing. We cut the legs to the height that we need. Requires at least two person to assemble. The cloth may not last long, I will check if I can buy an extra one for future needs.

This piece is already showing signs of rust so there was not an adequate rustproof finish. The instructions needed written instructions as well as pictures. The kit did not contain the correct number of stakes to anchor it.

During the first summer I had this, several of the straps eroded in the sun (Syracuse, NY). In the second summer, the wind was strong and the awning actually ripped in 3 places. You cannot order just the awning to replace it. I just absolutely loved this item!

It worked great while it lasted but when the title includes the word "Sunshade," it ought to be able to stand up to the sun better. The straps are made of some weak material that actually turns to dust in less than a year in the sun. And I live in an area that gets a lot of fog. The cover just blew partially off and it's been up there less than a year!

This awning is a lot bigger than I expected. The instructions were awfull (just a drawing) so it took me longer than I hoped to get it together and a couple more sets of hands but it's a great price for such a large awning. I do suggest spraying waterproofer on it before you get it up. It lessens the amount of water through but does not prevent it.

We purchased this last year. As others have stated, it is very difficult to assemble. It takes at least 2 people with significant effort. We screwed the base to our deck to secure during bad weather and removed the canopy for winter. This year, the canopy and straps have already ripped and we need to find a replacement canopy. The frame, itself bends in toward the middle and there are a couple of spots where water tends to pool after rain. In theory, it is a nice product. The quality is just not quite up there.

I bought this and it was so flimsy that it broke instructions are ridiculous and it broke had already been at it for one day jb weld still didn't fix it without some duck tape then th material did not fit either
