We started to put this together, but the wood is completely cracked. Disappointing.

just came in today and holes didn't line up well had to do some fancy diy but when we finished it looks good not super sturdy so you need to be careful how much weight you put on the shelves.Its cute

Glad it was on sale, because it is junk quality. Holes didn't line up, one side would be put together and pull apart when screwing in the other side, screws pulled right out of the press partial wood.. I am going to have to wood glue everything together because the hardware was useless.

I was really excited to get this on clearance until I realized why it was on clearance. When trying to put it together the wood screws provided did not hold it together. I have so wood screws of my own that were longer but the heads were too big to fit in the pre drilled holes. I resorted to wood glue and clamps to hold it together which worked but took an hour long build to a 2 day build while I waited for the glue to dry. Since it's mostly glue I don't trust the integrity so probably will not put any thing heavy on it. On the positive side it's really cute and look wise is just what I wanted.

Nice shelf, came in pieces but it went together easily and is very sturdy. I've got some cookbooks and a Dutch oven on it.

Took a month to get. Trying to return is non existence. DON'T WASTE YOUR TIME AND MONEY ON THEM.

I have purchased several items requiring assembly from LC. This was the absolute worst experience I’ve ever had. None of the holes match up and the hardware did not fit either. I went to the hardware store several times to try to make it work, but, since the holes didn’t match up anyway, I couldn’t assemble it.

Ladder pieces didn’t match up exactly on the side, so the overlap is noticeable. Not as easy to put together as expected The baskets are beautiful but I wish they were deeper to fit the shelves open spaces. Could use two sets to stack on top of each other

I bought this for my guest room, and love it. I also ordered the baskets, they however, have a definite smell, that I am still waiting to go away.

I was able to put the shelf together myself but the directions are a bit confusing. It took me a few tries before I figured it out, but once I did it was not difficult. You have to be careful to use the correct screws or they may poke through the shelf. I’m using the shelf to display stuffed animals. I wouldn’t put anything too heavy on it though. It looks very nice and was a good price for what I needed.

We bought this a few months ago and liked it so much that we decided to get another one for another room. We got one with the baskets and one without and it looks great either way. Easy directions to put together too.
