Tom Hay is a writer and tree surgeon with a passion for spirits and sailing. His ideal day would be spent on a distillery tour in the Highlands, followed by a cosy evening by a roaring fire with a wee dram on the rocks. He lives with his wife and two rescue greyhounds.
