Marshall Fisher is the UPS Professor of Operations and Information Management at the Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania and codirector of the Fishman-Davidson Center for Service and Operations Management. Ananth Raman is UPS Foundation Professor of Business Administration at the Harvard Business School and specializes in supply chain management.
