About the Author
Dr. Martha Clare Morris was a professor of epidemiology, the assistant provost for community research and the director of the Rush Institute for Healthy Aging and the MIND Center for Brain Health at Rush University Medical Center in Chicago. She led a team of researchers at Rush and the Harvard T.H. Chan School of Public Health to develop the MIND Diet. Laura Morris is a professionally trained chef, certified personal trainer, and certified nutrition consultant, who cowrote the book Diet for the MIND with Dr. Martha Clare Morris. Jennifer Ventrelle is a registered dietitian, fitness trainer, and mindfulness meditation teacher.
