I absolutely loved this book. It has been the foundation of a large number of positive life changes which have made me happier and healthier each day. The authors lay out a case for why we need to holistically manage our energy across our physical, mental, spiritual and emotional states and how to build meaningful rituals into our daily lives. For anyone who enjoyed Wellbeing by Tom Rath or How will you measure your life by Clayton Christenson, this a great next read.
