This is our sixth or seventh queens, treasure pet and this one is shedding like crazy. The hair all around the nose and the fur pad on the stomach are completely coming off.

We stand behind all our products. These are handmade. SInce you have purchased other pets that you liked - why not contact us, knowing this is not our "standard"? Writing Public negative comments really does not solve the issue. We are incredibly sorry. It appears the craftsman that created this pet - did not use enough glue. Please contact our office directly, with photos and we would be happy to replace it. We cannot fix what we do not know. We did send contact information with your order. Our number is 518.558.1225.
