Often people make assumptions about size of products or details, rather then read the description or view all the photos. We would ask that you look at reviews of all our products. I assumed this was a plush dog like most other 18” doll pets we’ve gotten from Target. It’s not. It’s a hard plastic dog with faux fur glued on it. (This is mentioned in the specific details if you look carefully for it.) Quality is just okay. Nothing on it is cuddly or moveable so we are returning it.

We work incredibly hard to make REALISTIC accessories, furniture, and shoes for 18 inch dolls. This "look" cannot be accomplished with a :"plush", fiber-filled doll. We clearly state in the description (located directly below the photo "Hand applied brushable faux fur covers a hard plastic core to create a realistic pet!". We do show 8 photos of the dog standing in the same position. We're a small honorable company. We do feel your statement is unfair. We are sorry you made "assumptions". We stand behind our products and descriptions. To give our product a low rating because you did make "assumptions" is a bit unfair.
