Q: why I received the BLACK color risers? I believe the four risers are PURPLE on the picture? Am I get the wrong one?

Great. It’s exactly what I wanted and looks and works just like the steppers in the gym. It has the platform and 2 raisers for each side. I have only used it once and did a video on YouTube so I don’t know about the quality of the video links that came with the stepper. I’m happy with my purchase.

Great step (nice quality and size), but arrived in the wrong color (black risers). Target could not guarentee that a replacement would be in the correct colors, so it was not worth the effort to exchange the item. Very disappointed in Target's representation of the item, but it will still work well for my Les Mills on demand classes.

So glad I finally purchased this step. It is a bit larger than I expected it to be, but that isn't an issue. There wasn't a DVD with mine -- I just use YouTube videos anyway.

Just what I wanted.... The exact step we use at the gym!!!! Very sturdy I use it on the floor with no mat under it exactly how vwe use it at the gym. It's sturdy no slipping or moving at all.... The video streaming isnt the best work out but it's a start for those just getting started but that doesn't matter. There are thousands of videos online for a great hard core workout... So glad Target had this can do my work outs at home instead of traveling to the gym... Arrived quickly and right out of the box ready to use .. Thanks Target!!!

Same quality as the ones at the gym. I use this for Body Pump and it is also great for step classes. Seemed expensive at first glance, but on arrival, it was worthwhile. I first looked at fitness store and sporting goods stores, but was unable to find this locally. Happy that Target carried it, and delivery was easy.

I am very pleased with this step. I originally ordered the smaller circuit size one and found it almost child-size. (I am average size btw, 5'7" and 185 pounds.) I found the other smaller one made by this same company to be a safety hazard--my foot kept sliding off as I did my step routine. This one is big enough, doesn't slip and is just great. My only suggestion/complaint would be is that an extra couple of inches in width would be helpful. This one is 14 inches wide and the more professional ones (Reebok and Les Mills ones) are 16 inches wide. The wider the step the safer I feel. The last thing yo want to worry about when jumping and flying around on a step is your footing. This hasn't happened to me. I feel safe. But an extra couple of inches would really put this in the same league as the more professional steps out there. While I am also not so keen on the price--not sure why it is 90 dollars-- I am, overall, satisfied.

My local gym has the same step, so i knew what to expect as far as quality and durability goes. I use this as a bench press and have tried the step aerobics cd which is a bit advance for me. I don't feel comfortable with turning steps over the board which this video choreography has. But its a great deal that it comes with a dvd.

Very pleased with the product. It was much bigger than I thought it was going to be, but after using it I realized why. Several friends have also told me they use their step frequently and for many years. I hope to learn the moves quickly, that part isn't too easy!

This is the premier step out there. I have had cheap steps for years and finally went for the good quality one. Very sturdy, and a large bench surface, which allows for a better workout! Highly recommended and worth the investment.

I have used this stepper before in step classes. If you're into step aerobics, this is perfect. I haven't actually watched the DVD that comes along with it, but I heard from others they liked it. The only obvious down-side to the stepper is it's length. Not exactly easy to store. Keep that in mind in you live in an apartment or home with little storage space. If nothing else, you can store it under a bed- just don't forget it's under there =)

I love my new step. I had a cheaper step a few years ago and this one is definitely worth a little extra money. It is nice and wide and longer than cheaper versions. It is very stable and easy to use.

I used this step in an aerobics class a few years back. It was great!! I'm not one to do to a lot of exercise, but I really enjoyed this type of workout and this equipment. With the adjusting height you can work your way up to a more rigorous workout. And it is great to start with if you are not that physically fit.
