Bought as a gift for friends who are getting married in Disney. They loved it! So many cool recipes and pictures.

This cookbook was a Christmas present for my niece! The funny thing was that SHE had been looking for this exact book everywhere and hadn’t been able to find it! So, she was ecstatic when she saw it!!! I love when that happens!

My daughter LOVES the Dole Whip in Disney. I bought this book because they have the recipe!!! Cannot wait to give it to her for Christmas!

Awesome cookbook! Gave it to my niece for her birthday as she loves to cook. This was the hit of the party!

The recipes are awful. They use basic and premade items. We've tried several recipes so far and none taste even remotely like Disney park food. :( I still enjoy reading through the menu items but I likely won't try the rest. Also, only 6 of the 12 parks are included. Disappointing.

Thank you Target for having this book that I’ve been wanting for a while and even more thankful that it was the best price vs the other stores!

I love the pictures associated with recipes and the fact that they’re laid out by areas within the parks. Recipes are super easy to follow (I’ve made some with my son)

Do you remember the first time you went to Disneyworld or Disneyland? The thrill of walking down Main Street, seeing the performers, the castle in the distance and…smelling those delicious aromas that waft out of the shops and restaurants. You do, don’t you? Well, this delightful cookbook is for you. Chock full of delicious recipes and glorious photographs, the cookbook is organized by sections of the parks. Each section has at least twelve recipes with varying degrees of difficulty. Author Ashley Craft has made this book easy for the home chef. In the forward, she goes over the kitchen equipment you’ll need for the recipes. Each recipe lists ingredients, step by step instructions with hints and occasional substitutions and a lot of fun facts. For instance, did you know that Philadelphia cream cheese was invented in upstate New York? And oh, the food! Gaston’s cinnamon buns! I can just taste them! Mickey pretzels will be a fun treat to make with children. The hummus trio with breadsticks is a healthy snack and the waffle sandwiches will be a satisfying lunch. You’ll find several recipes for smoothies and desserts. There is something for everyone here - for children and the child at heart! A big thank you to Ashley Craft who created these recipes. Her blog, Ashley Crafted, is full of recipes and ideas. She has packed a Disney dining experience into this book! 5 stars. Thank you to NetGalley, Adams Media and Ashley Craft for this ARC.

I was given a kindle version of this cookbook from Adam’s Media for a candid honest review. I liked preface at the start to let us know Mrs. Craft’s background and relationship with The Walt Disney Parks. It seemed to set up the book nicely. After the preface Mrs. Craft gives a short breakdown of all six parks in the United States. While some of the information is well know to Disney fans, I thought it was a nice concise introduction to each park. The second chapter goes over all the possible kitchen tools you might need for the recipes. While most people won’t have all these tool, I think it is a nice reference guide, especially for people less versed in the kitchen. I like how the recipes are organized by park, that way if you are looking to recreate something for a park visit you know where to look. It also contains a map which allows you to view where within each park the recipe hails from. Each recipe starts with Mrs. Kraft giving a nice paragraph or two breakdown of the establishment that produces each recipe and a little bit about item itself. At the end of a number of the recipes there are did you know segments that provide an extra tidbit of information or a mix it up note of other things to try with the recipe. Mrs Kraft also includes a few cooking tips such as how to bring eggs to room temperature quickly. I did like all these different hits at the end of the recipes, but it did seem a little random on what recipes had the extra knowledge and which ones didn’t. I did find a few of the recipes left me wanting more. An example would be the caramel apples. I mean do we need need a recipe on how to make caramel apples. Another would be the Croissant Doughnuts which is basically fried packaged biscuits. The other thing I found lacking was pictures. People love to see what they are eating. I am hoping the lack of pictures is due to the fact that I received an advance copy. Hopefully the final version has lots of colorful pictures. The recipes seem to draw heavily on sweets in the parks (especially Epcot) so if you are looking for a lot of meals to make with this cookbook, you will be left wanting more. I know three daughters did not seems to mind the heavy emphasis on the sweets. Overall this is a good cookbook. I’d rate it a little higher if you are a big fan of The Mouse or really into sweets. It will appeal to adults and children alike. During this time of pandemic and lockdown, it is a nice way to take a trip without leaving your kitchen.

I love Disney so this book was a definite need for our family!! My kids and I can’t wait to work are way through this whole book!!
