This will not stick to me chest/neck. Super irritating.

Absolute gimmick. Barely any heat and they don't stick well to your neck. The heat lasted maybe 30 minutes meanwhile they claim to have 8 hours of heat.

These heat pads are THE BEST otc heat pads. Long lasting effective for musculoskeletal ailments. Thanks Guys! Susan

I purchased a 4 pack of the Joint Heatwraps. After 90 minutes still no heat. ZERO WARMTH. Tried a second one thinking I just got a bad one in the box. Well, slight warmth. Spoke with Pfizer customer rep and they are refunding me my money. Nice, but I still have the pain. Maybe the 3rd or 4th one will be warmer to offer some relief.

I've loved and heavily relied on your products every month of the year for years and years... probably over a decade, now. Being an endometriosis sufferer/warrior and very painful menstrual cycle sufferer, I required Thermacare heat wraps to get me through my physical job. Over the course of the last year and a half, the amount of "dud" wraps I've discovered in my brand new, non-expired boxes has rapidly increased to the point I'm only getting about 20% good wraps. They simply won't heat up. I began checking the package, to maybe detect an air leak that might have accidentally activated the product, but they appear to be completely and properly sealed. I understand a couple random duds out of the dozens upon dozens I purchase, but it has gotten to the point where I'm lucky to find one that works out of my two boxes I buy. I don't know how that's even possible. I NEED these things to get me through certain work days and to keep me mobile, and I'm completely broken over the fact that I can no longer trust the product I've so heavily relied on for so many years. For a decade, I would have given these 1000 stars. Now, I unfortunately cannot reason more than one.

I bought this product thinking that it would help with my hurt arm. I read the instructions carefully, they state that it may take up to a half an hour to reach therapeutic temperature. It has now been 45 minutes and it's not even warm.

I've been traveling and my neck and upper back are in serious pain. Normally visiting a chiropractor is what I truly need but in France, for work, it's not an option right now. But I this has saved me, I love this size as I can get it in just the right place whether its high on my neck and top of shoulders or in between my shoulder blades. To keep around my neck I just wrap my scarf around on top. A great addition to stretching and ibuprofen.

I loved my heatwrap. It took a minute to warm up, but once it did, it lasted for hours and I was able to make it comfortably through work.

Best product I have ever found for my lower back pain which I have had for over 20 years it gives me targeted relief and loosens up my tight muscles especially when it's very cold out.
