Thumbs down graphic, would not recommend
I hate this cup - 2 years ago
This item is a wonderful insulated cup, it has no issues keeping your drinks warm or cold. It's a shame you can't open it, or if by some miracle you opened it without a pipe wrench and a vise(no, I'm not kidding) good luck getting it closed without those tools or breaking it. This is by an immensely wide margin the worst cup I have ever purchased. If my cup is defective then I'll change this review, but I've had it for about six months and I dread emptying it.
