Q: The width of the actual molding appears to vary from the 4x6 to 5x7 and 8x10, but the site indicates they are all .63in wide. Can you confirm the exact width of each frame?

A: Hi ab - Great question! The outer frame is .63in wide on all three picture frames. They look different only because the picture image scale is smaller as the frames get larger. I hope this helps! - Haley

Q: My picture has an 8 x 10" mat with a foam backing on it. Total thickness is 1/4 inch. Can the 8 x 10" frame accomodate that thickness?

A: Hi Ann - Thanks for asking! Unfortunately, a ¼” thick piece would not fit in this frame. The turnbuckle channel for the back panel only allows for .1875" thick pieces. We hope this helps! - Jerith

Ordered four frames for my 9 month old’s room and they came in a huge box with no bubble wrap, just one piece of brown paper to “protect” them!! All were broken and shattered glass is everywhere! My husband got cut badly cleaning the mess. We barely pulled anything out of the box, cleaned extensively and I’m somehow still finding glass in my carpet. Target refunded and offered a $10 gift card to make up for my husband’s cut… $10 at Target might get us a couple packs of bandaids but won’t get us very far if we have to go to on-call tonight.

The frame itself is nice, was not scratched or anything. But once you remove the back to insert a photo it’s impossible to get backside back on. It also did not hold an 8x10 school photo. Will be returning as I cannot use this

Ordered 6 between two stores for Drive Up pickup, and they had to cancel 2 frames due to incorrect stock. I had to pick up the remaining 2 frames from a 3rd Target location. Out of all the frames, 1 frame was severely damaged. It was chipped on both sides of the frames making you see the brown mdf color. If the employees were grabbing the items, why would they give me a broken frame??? This brand for 8x10 frames was cheap for $5, but the sticker on the glass was annoying to remove. In comparison the 16x20 (matted 11x14), those frames edges are protected by cardboard, but the 8x10 frames are not. When I ordered the 6 of the 16x20 from the same line brand, 2 two frames were badly cracked too. While the 8x10 frames are cheap for $5 each, it is better than dollar tree quality, making these frames a budget friendly gift. However, you must double check quality of the frames before purchasing.

I never order o line, but when I got the frames home, two of the frames had scratched glass, and showed the person selecting them showed no care in inspecting them for the consumer. It was too late to return as I needed them for a gift. Very disappointed!!
